My true passions lie in marine conservation. I received my bachelor's and master's degrees in biological sciences with an emphasis on marine biology and fisheries at California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo. ​   
​

I recently completed the California Sea Grant State Fellowship with the NOAA Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary as the Resource Protection Specialist.

​

Now I get to spend my days kayaking through sea caves in the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary as a guide with Santa Barbara Adventure Company!

I love sharing puns, listening to stories, silly salsa dancing, diving, traveling, and getting salty!
